super clean roombig balconygreat staff
the superior double or twin room was super clean! i loved that there were so many mirrors. the cleaning staff did a great job every day. i especially appreciated the big balcony.
the lift did act a little funny a couple of times.

The pool area features comfortable loungers. It is great for sunbathing or relaxing under shaded umbrellas. i noticed the gym had three modern treadmills and some stationary bikes allowing for varied workout routines. a small shop sells essentials, super convenient.

friendly stafffree shuttle
the staff was super friendly. they gave us a late checkout for free when we asked! there is a free shuttle service to a further beach, so that was convenient. the beach seats and umbrella are free there.

the breakfast offers quite good options and fresh products, though some items may be limited. i would like to see a greater variety of local specialties, showcasing authentic regional dishes and ingredients more often.

The breakfast was good with many options and vegetarian choices available. The beach was easy to reach and several restaurants were nearby. Many supermarkets were also close! I loved the comfortable bed and pillows.
The lift made strange noises.

The hotel offered complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. This was a nice touch. The manager helped us. He drove us to the local beach club because we forgot our towels. The room provided free water bottles. The hotel was near bus stops.
The wifi was unreliable and almost nonexistent. I had to purchase mobile data. The lift had issues. My kids got stuck inside. The air conditioning was also inadequate. The room was too hot.
